The Role

As our Project Administration Officer, you will undertake complex administrative and operational tasks to support sensitive and strategic procurements. You will support external engagement with Defence, industry and overseas partners. Your ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders is essential to success in this position.

You will actively develop key stakeholder relationships and will be required to identify relevant stakeholders’ expectations and concerns to develop and implement successful outcomes. This role offers the variety of duties, experiences and training opportunities to underpin a successful management career. The role requires attaining and maintaining a Positive Vetting security clearance for full access to facilities and to undertake all responsibilities, so current clearance or progress towards PV clearance is highly desirable.

This position is ideally located at Russell Offices in Canberra, ACT. However, consideration could be given to working from RAAF Williamtown (Newcastle) or DSTG Offices Adelaide.
